THE KING’S SINGERS IN CONCERT

Come and enjoy an evening with one of the world’s most famous vocal ensembles. Tickets are selling fast for Philip Lawson’s final concert with The King's Singers which takes place in Salisbury Cathedral on Saturday 28 January at 7.30pm.
Philip was one of the cathedral choir’s bass lay vicars from 1982 – 1993 and has been a member of The King’s Singers for 18 years.
South Wilts Grammar School A Cappella Choir joins them to perform Duruflé’s Requiem and former King's Singer Bob Chilcott’s Even Such is Time . The rest of the programme will be performed by The King’s Singers, closing with their much-loved close harmony numbers.
Tickets, £25 - £10, from Salisbury Playhouse 01722 320333. The King’s Singers are giving their services for this concert and all profits will be donated to The John McNeill Opportunity Centre, Salisbury’s nursery for children with Special Needs.
